J began his career with Service First in 2004 after serving in the Army in both Iran and Afghanistan. He is the lead service technician with training on both installation and repairs of commercial and residential equipment. Jay is also a specialist on Fujitsu mini-split systems as well as variable frequency drives. One of his favorite things to do is to really get to know his customers and build relationships with them. Jay is married with one son and two step-children. In his free time he enjoys working on cars with his brother.
